We will be there for you in every step of the planning process from start to finish. We will assist you with selection of vendors, venues, decor, and wedding attire and also attend tastings and dress fittings with you. We work closely with you to ensure that your visions for your wedding day will be brought to life leaving you with nothing to worry about except enjoying your own celebration.
Pre-Wedding Activities
* Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom to determine dreams and expectations
* Meeting at the venue(s) with the Bride and/or Groom to discuss dreams and expectations
* Meeting to discuss ceremony, reception timeline and vendors list
* Up to two hours of "in-person" planning sessions per month
* Monthly budget reviews
* Create and maintain monthly task list for the Bride and Groom

* Prepare wedding day itinerary and distribute to all vendors
* Assistance with stuffing, addressing, and mailing invitations
* Deliver welcome baskets/gift bags to out-of-town wedding guests upon check-in
* Create and maintain guest list and seating chart
* Assist with reception menu details
* Meeting with the officiant to discuss rehearsal and ceremony details
* Create rehearsal and ceremony checklists for wedding party
* Coordinate wedding rehearsal
Wedding Day Activities
* One wedding consultant and one assistant to manage all the wedding day activities
* Assist Bride, Groom and bridal party
* Oversee wedding day vendors and assist if needed
* Coordinate wedding day transportation
* Distribute payments to vendors
* Organize and set up any photos, programs, guest book, and any decorations at ceremony and/or reception
* Coordinate set-up and tear-down of rental items
* Distribute wedding flowers and pin on corsages/bouttonieres

* Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out according to couple's wishes
* Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that the timeline is followed according to plan

* Transport needed items from ceremony to reception
