We will be your second pair of eyes throughout the wedding planning process keeping you organized, on schedule, and on budget. On your wedding day, you will have the peace of mind knowing that all your plans have come together and everything is running like a smooth machine. The only thing left for you to do is to have fun at your own party!
Pre-Wedding Activities
* Initial consultation with Bride and Groom to determine dreams and expectations
* Visit to the venue with Bride and/or Groom to determine dreams and expectations
* Meeting to discuss ceremony, reception timeline, and vendors list
* Confirm wedding day vendors
* Timely and consistent follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
*One in-person planning session per month
*Meeting with officiant to discuss rehearsal and ceremony details
* Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception and distribute to vendors
* Create rehearsal and ceremony checklists for wedding party
* Coordinate wedding rehearsal
Wedding Day Activities
* One wedding consultant and one assistant to assist with all wedding day activities
* Assist Bride, Groom, and bridal party
* Coordinate with wedding day vendors and assist, if needed
* Distribute payments to vendors, if needed
* Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book
and pen, programs, and miscellaneous decorations at ceremony and/or reception
* Coordinate set-up and tear-down of rental pieces
* Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers
* Oversee venue décor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple’s wishes
* Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan
* Coordinate all ceremony and reception activities
* Provide wedding day emergency kit
* Troubleshoot when needed
* Distribute tossing items and line up guests
